PURPOSE: The 24X Jefferson/Harrington Neighborhood Council serves as a bridge between residents, local government, and community organizations to foster civic engagement, improve neighborhood conditions, and advocate for the interests of our community.

MISSION:

•   Providing a forum for residents to voice concerns and collaborate on solutions.

•   Promoting safety, sustainability, and community well-being.

•   Supporting local businesses, schools, and cultural initiatives.

•   Working with city officials to influence policies affecting our neighborhood.

•   Encouraging volunteerism and strengthening neighborhood pride.

GOALS OF THIS MEETING: 

• Establish the neighborhood council by adopting bylaws and electing officers. 

• Receive and update from City Officials. 

• Establish outreach and communications goals to continue growing the neighborhood council membership.
